The Services allow Users to purchase and open digital Cases containing virtual Items, which may be used as consideration to receive virtual in-game items (“Skins”) through the Steam platform’s Community Market, as permitted by Valve Corporation’s policies. These Rules ensure compliance with applicable laws, Valve’s Subscriber Agreement, and Hellocasego’s operational standards.
2. Definitions
- Website: A collection of web pages accessible at https://hellocasego.com/, managed by Hellocasego, created using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
- Services: All paid and free offerings provided by Hellocasego, including case-opening features, virtual Item acquisition, and related functionalities.
- User: An individual with a Steam account who has accepted these Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
- Items: Virtual items obtained through Hellocasego’s case-opening Services, which may be used as consideration to receive Skins on the Steam platform.
- Skins: Virtual in-game items for games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) or Dota 2, owned and controlled by Valve Corporation, tradable via the Steam Community Market.
- Steam Community Market: A feature of the Steam platform, operated by Valve Corporation, allowing Users to trade, sell, or purchase certain virtual items, as outlined in Valve’s Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/).
- Balance: A virtual account balance on the Hellocasego platform used to purchase Services, which has no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1. Age Restrictions:
- Users must have full legal capacity under the laws of their country or territory, typically meaning they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Adolescents aged 14 or older may use the Services only through an account established and supervised by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s activities.
- No individual under 14 years of age may use the Services, even with parental consent. If local laws require a higher minimum age, those laws apply.
- Hellocasego reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent and may terminate accounts of Users who fail to meet eligibility requirements.
3.2. Account Registration:
- Users must register using accurate personal details. For minors (aged 14 or older), registration details must reflect the parent or guardian’s information unless explicit authorization is provided and accepted by Hellocasego.
- Hellocasego may refuse such authorization at its sole discretion.
3.3. Steam Account:
- A valid Steam account is required to use Hellocasego’s Services, as Items obtained are intended for use on the Steam platform to acquire Skins via the Steam Community Market.
- Users must comply with Valve’s Subscriber Agreement and policies, including restrictions on trading (e.g., the seven-day trade hold for CS:GO items, as outlined at https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/4F31-54C2-B394-AF9A).
4. Permitted Use of Services
4.1. Case-Opening Services:
- Hellocasego operates as a case-opening platform where Users can purchase and open digital Cases containing randomly selected virtual Items. These Items may be used to acquire Skins on the Steam Community Market, subject to Valve’s policies.
- All Items are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value. Hellocasego does not compensate Users for Items or Skins, nor does it facilitate their exchange for real money.
4.2. Trading and Skins:
- Hellocasego provides Items that Users may use to acquire Skins on Steam’s Community Market, as permitted by Valve’s Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/#2).
- Hellocasego has no affiliation with Valve Corporation, Steam, CS:GO, or Dota 2 and does not own, create, or distribute Skins. All Skins remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation, and their use is subject to Valve’s terms and conditions.
- Users acknowledge that Skins acquired through the Steam Community Market may be subject to a seven-day trade hold or other restrictions, as outlined by Valve (https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/4F31-54C2-B394-AF9A).
4.3. Balance Usage:
- Users may top up their Hellocasego account Balance to purchase Services. The minimum Balance top-up is equivalent to 2 USD per transaction, as determined by Hellocasego.
- The Balance has no real-world value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged for real money, except where required by applicable law. Withdrawal requests, where applicable, must be submitted to Hellocasego’s support team.
4.4. Compliance with Steam Policies:
- Users must adhere to Valve’s Subscriber Agreement and policies when using Items to acquire Skins on the Steam Community Market. Hellocasego is not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by Valve on a User’s Steam account.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in the following activities when using the Hellocasego Website and Services:
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting affiliations.
- Accessing or tampering with non-public areas of the Services or Hellocasego’s systems.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or bypass security measures.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise investigating Hellocasego’s software or components.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
- Using payment information belonging to a third party without authorization.
- Systematically scraping or collecting data to create databases or compilations.
- Violating third-party terms, including Steam’s Subscriber Agreement or intellectual property rights.
- Promoting or linking to offensive, illegal, or harmful content, as determined by Hellocasego.
- Continuing to use the Services after discovering discrepancies without notifying Hellocasego via support.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Hellocasego Content:
- All content on the Hellocasego Website and Services, including text, software, scripts, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Hellocasego or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Website and Services for personal purposes only, subject to these Rules and the Terms of Use. Users may not reproduce, modify, sell, or create derivative works from Hellocasego’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
6.2. Valve Corporation’s Intellectual Property:
- Skins and other virtual items available on the Steam Community Market are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. Hellocasego has no ownership or control over Skins and operates solely as a platform providing Items for use on Steam, as permitted by Valve’s policies (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/#2).
- Users acknowledge that Hellocasego is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, CS:GO, or Dota 2, and all references to these entities are for descriptive purposes only.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1. Compliance with Laws:
- Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those governing online conduct, data protection, and virtual item trading.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with Valve’s Subscriber Agreement and policies.
7.2. Reporting Issues:
- Users must immediately notify Hellocasego via support (https://hellocasego.com/faq) of any discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes of the Services. Continued use of the Services after discovering discrepancies without notification is considered abusive and may result in account termination.
7.3. Account Security:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Hellocasego and Steam accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and payment information.
- Hellocasego is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a User’s account due to the User’s failure to secure their credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Hellocasego provides the Website and Services “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Hellocasego is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Website or Services, nor for any losses or damages arising from their use.
- Hellocasego is not liable for actions taken by Valve Corporation, including restrictions on Skins, trade holds, or Steam account suspensions.

9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Rules or the use of Hellocasego’s Services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Users must first file a claim with Hellocasego, detailing the nature and basis of the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the courts.
- Users may only bring claims against Hellocasego in their individual capacity, where permitted by law.
10. Changes to Rules and Regulations

- Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules.

12. Compliance with Valve’s Policies

- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities on the Steam platform, including trading or selling Skins, comply with Valve’s policies, including the seven-day trade hold for CS:GO items.
- Hellocasego does not require an agreement with Valve to facilitate Item usage, as the Steam Community Market operates under a royalty-free license for trading virtual items, as outlined in Valve’s Subscriber Agreement.
13. Termination of Services
- Hellocasego may terminate or suspend a User’s access to the Website or Services at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Rules, the Terms of Use, or Valve’s policies.
- Users may discontinue using the Services at any time by ceasing to access the Website or contacting support to close their account.
14. Indemnity
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hellocasego, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from their use of the Services, violation of these Rules, or infringement of third-party rights, including Valve Corporation’s intellectual property.
