Please, be aware that notwithstanding the circumstances we do not exchange any Balance for real money, given it does not have any real value. The Balance exists only to use for Service and cannot be withdrawn, paid, or compensated in any manner.

make use of the Services in a manner contrary to the terms and conditions under which Third Parties provide facilities and technology necessary for the operation of the Services, including but not limited to terms of Steam;
infringe Third Party intellectual property rights of any kind, whether explicitly indicated or implied, when using or accessing the Services;
make use of, promote, link to, or provide access to materials deemed by Hellocasego at its sole discretion to be offensive or cause harm to Hellocasego’s reputation, including, but not limited to, illegal content and pornographic content and content deemed offensive or injurious to Hellocasego and/or the Services (such as Warez sites, IRC bots, and torrent sites);
engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering or financing of terrorism. In the event that upon receipt of the Service, there are discrepancies between the actual and intended outcomes, User shall not cease using the Service until you receive notification of the elimination of such discrepancies. User also agrees to notify Hellocasego about such discrepancies in outcomes immediately after noticing it via support. Using the Services after discovering such discrepancies and/or without notification shall be deemed as the use of the Services in an abusive way contrary to its intended use. At our discretion, we may indicate the minimum Balance which shall be topped up before using the Service in full functionality, however, such minimum Balance shall not exceed the equivalent of 2 USD per single transaction. Due to the nature of the Services, by topping up your Balance and using it to obtain the Service, you waive your right to withdraw. However, this right and any associated refunds may be available if required by applicable law. All withdrawal requests should be directed to our support team through the support button. You must use a supported web browser to access the Website and to receive the Service. You agree that the Website may discontinue support for a particular web browser, and your continued access to the Website will require using a supported web browser. You agree that the performance of the Website depends on the performance of your computer equipment and internet connection.

NO MONETARY REWARDS OR COMPENSATION

AFFILIATION

Hellocasego is in NO WAY affiliated with or endorsed by the Valve Corporation, Counter Strike 2, Steam, or any other trademarks of the Valve Corporation. The Website operates exclusively as a case-opening service, allowing Users to purchase and open digital Cases that contain Items. These Items, selected randomly, offer Users the possibility to use as a consideration to receive the virtual items, known as Skins, on an external platform called Steam. Hellocasego disclaims any ownership, affiliation, or rights over the Skins that may be obtained through the use of Items on the external platform, Steam. All Skins remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation, which owns and controls their distribution, availability, and terms of use. Hellocasego solely offers access to Items that are instruments of consideration to receive certain Skins on Steam, but Hellocasego does not create, own, or distribute the Skins themselves. By engaging with Hellocasego, Users acknowledge that all rights, trademarks, and ownership of Skins are held by Valve Corporation, and any use of Skins is subject to Valve Corporation’s independent terms, conditions, and intellectual property rights. All references to Steam and Valve Corporation are for descriptive purposes only, in order to clarify the functionality of the Items and the potential claiming of Skins. Hellocasego emphasizes that it has no control over or influence on Steam’s operations, rules, restrictions, or policies. All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use, and any dispute, claim, and all inquiries relating to the construction, validity, enforcement, and interpretation arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, the user must file a claim with Hellocasego, which must detail the nature and basis of the dispute. If the claim is not settled within 30 days, the parties may refer the dispute to the courts. If applicable law permits, you agree that you may bring claims against Hellocasego only in your individual capacity. In the case of any contradictions between the language versions of these Terms of Use, the English one shall prevail.

WARNINGS

Users shall avoid websites that look like they are owned or controlled by Hellocasego. Hellocasego doesn’t have any affiliate sites. All Hellocasego contact details are listed on the Website. Everyone pretending to be an “administrator”, “moderator”, or “trade bot” of Hellocasego is a scammer. Hellocasego will never send you screenshots of Hellocasego control panel or add you on Steam for purposes of trading your Skins.

LICENSING

The Website and Services provided by Hellocasego are software products, and by accessing them, the Users are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Website and Services solely in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use.
